Executive Cabinet
Our executive cabinet is made up of five different positions that help maintain order within the fraternity. These positions target specific areas to help the fraternity in the best possible ways, and each director position is supported by various coordinator positions. Below are descriptions of each executive cabinet positions and what role they play for the fraternity.
President: ​The president is the chief elected officer of the chapter, and presides over meetings of the chapter. As the presiding officer, he sets the agenda, monitors all activities, and serves as spokesman of the chapter. The president also serves as the chairman of the executive cabinet.
Director of Recruitment: The primary objective of the director of recruitment is to serve as a member of the executive cabinet and ensure the longevity of the chapter through purposeful recruitment and retention efforts and promotions of benefits of membership.
Director of Finance and Operations: The primary objective of the director of finance and operations is to serve as a member of the executive cabinet and advance the goals of the chapter through proper financial management.
Director of Member & Community Engagement: The primary objective of the director of engagement is to serve as a member of the executive cabinet and connect members to experiences that promote social excellence and unified brotherhood.
Director of Education and Wellness: The primary objective of the director of education and wellness is to serve as a member of the executive cabinet, maintain a healthy and safe environment for members and guests, and develop and connect members to experiences that encourage both personal and professional growth and development.
